You can get away with around 650, maybe even less.

It's way overkill

Get an EVGA G2 750w instead, and that still leaves you with plenty of room.

Even 600w is enough for a full system with two 970s with everything overclocked.

I'd bump the PSU down to 750 watts.

The Capstone 750W Semi Modular or Photon 750W Full Modular would be perfect for this system, leaving a good overhead for overclocking. I do not recommend the H100i though, it's rather meh as a cooler. Something like the NZXT Kraken X61 (better, less issues) or Cryorig R1 Universal/Noctua NH-D15/be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 (as good, quieter) is better suited for this system. Also, don't waste your money on iPPC fans, they're not even as quiet as a normal Noctua. Just save the extra cash and get some Rosewill Hyperboreas.
