Sp Quiet or high performance?

TBNRunity

So I was wondering if I should get the quiet or high performance. I know the high performance has a voltage reducer so it lowers the rpms but I want to see what you think I should get

Quiet. The performance won't be that much cooler, but it will be louder, even with the voltage reducer.

You could also get the PWM editions.

Aesthetics of rigs matter

Both are bad.

I suggest Enermax TB Vegas, or basically any other fan.

E-loops, blacksilent pros both look cool, look unique and are miles better than the corsairs in everyway.

I would suggest either Noctua or be quiet! fans instead, both are very high quality, similarly priced and very quiet for the rpm.
