New Console Game Prices

kuddlesworth9419

I just noticed on Amazon that the game prices for game son the new and current consoles has been increase to £54 but on PC they have stayed the same. Will anyone actual pay £54 on a game because I won't, I think I'll just stick with my PC.

Probably still just placeholders, as no developer/publisher has officially announced prices, afaik.

I've actually been considering downgrades for my next build, just go for absolute silence and play indy games only. They seem to be the only ones doing anything interesting with story and gameplay these days. All the big devs are are dumbing down their titles for the slobbering masses.

Yeah they're probably placeholders, the prices will probably still be 60$ or 80$ in europe (60€) for consoles... how many features get taken out and sold separately or in special edition/pre-order is a different question...

I was kinda hoping to find a PS Vita PS4 Combo at $499, I suppose that is kinda greedy on my part. Will just have to stick to my pre order.

Steam Sales are the only reason I've seen a return on investment on my PC.

If a game costs 56£ then pretty much every second game or every collectors edition is a new pc part for me :)

$550-600 would be a fair price on that considering a Vita is $250 as a bundle. Would make sense considering the benefit of having a Vita with the PS4 (Remote Play).
