In many ways the original Republic of Gamers rediculiously OTT Graphics Card, the thing you'd want to own but really have no reason to own, the completely amazing for at the same time rediculious...

That is ott. But it would have been cool back in the day but I dont like the power brick. Imagine accidentally unplugging it.

Well the power brick goes to a standard 6 pin PCI power connector on the rear of the card, which is unusual since a lot of 7800GTs required PCI power connectors anyway, I guess since it was only 1 connector on most cards back then routing more power through it from a power brick was the best way, PSUs were good but not that great in 2006.

Oh ok fair enough it must have made cable managing hell back then if you had one of these installed into a system.

Yeah, just imagine if quad-SLI was possible with it though, that'd bee crazy having two power bricks hidden behind your PC
