Just thinking aesthetics, I would go with the AOC. But other than that they seem pretty much the same, both IPS panels so colour should be nice. Never owned those particular panels but at that price they should be good enough for whatever you want do with them.

I'd go with the AOC personally, just purely based on aesthetics, but that's not to say the LG one would be bad. Just go with what you like.
