Fans run 100% after waking from sleep

I have an gigabyte z87 dh3 and recently when I updating every single possible thing and downloaded the app center from gigabyte to use smart fan control on my motherboard. However now when I wake it up from sleep mode all fans run full blast and the only thing I can do to slow them down is a full system restart. Anyone else have this issue?

Could be the fact that Gigabytes fan control software loses all saved configs after every boot. So it could happen after sleep also.
