doing a client build soon. gonna use a locked 4th gen i3 or i5. was thinking about this board.

 

what do you guys think.

It's a Bitcoin MB. I wouldn't buy it personally.

It was made specifically for Bitcoin mining PCs. I think it's bare and ugly, but it should work fine.

It is stripped down to the t!ts.

Look at the damn rear I/O -- Parallel port? Serial Port? Old, lower quality 5.1 Audio chip, etc.

 

It will work, and for $20, that's a helluva deal. For personal side project use, sure.

If you are building it for somebody else -- a client for that matter -- I'd suggest getting something else.

 

IMO, If I was the client, I wouldn't be happy with that board choice.
