Any good PS2 emulators?

Will PS4 and Xbox One OS work on PC? They seem to have same hardware.

It will be forever until you see a PS4 or Xbox One emulator if any at al because yes they are based on a X86 PC arcitecture but you still need to emulate hardware and its nto a easy task to do so and to get the games runnign at full speed will be next to impossible on current gen hardware.

Speaking of PCSX2, I have a decent computer just built a few weeks ago yet when i go to play games using pcsx2 it always lags out and cannot get a steady frame rate, can anyone help?

SPECS: MOBO - INTEL DZ77GA70K EXTEME, CPU - i5 3570 @ 3.4GHz, MEMORY - CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2 x 4G, GPU - GIGABYTE HD7970 OC, HDD - WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR BLACK 1TB, SDD - INTEL 520 SERIES 120GB, CASE - COOLERMASTER RC-682A-KWN5, PSU - THERMALTAKE SMART 750W, KEYBOARD - RAZER BLACKWIDOW ULTIMATE 2013, MOUSE - RAZER DEATHERADDER 2013.  :D
