For a motherboard....

Go h81 if you no intention to XFIRE and save some money.

Go H87/H97 (one that supports Xfire) if you want to XFIRE AMD GPUs.

And I'd consider stepping up to a Xeon 1231V3 as it basically a locked i7 with no integrated graphics. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117316&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

A Xeon is a locked i7 with no integrated graphics.....

You won't be going SLI on a non Z87/Z97 board (and you shouldn't go SLI with a 650 anyway).

yeah u might be right ... but the problem is that i cant find that xeon that easy here in Serbia, so i choosed the H81 i dont need two GPU`s , my PSU might not handle two GPU`s :) ..... but still the main question is which CPU that is strong fast good for gaming but not that expensive .... i have been looking for that i5 4590 because its non OC .... i have a bad experience with OC

i might sound stupid now ... but will all that handle how it should in full power in that order????

Well, a 550w psu is enough for any single gpu config (assuming its able to deliver all 550w on the 12v rail/s); but if it can run your system as it is now, then it will run with an i5.

However, of note, a GTX650 is a pretty weak card these days; so I'd probably want to replace that with something new before upgrading the cpu. Secondly, that PSU is pretty bad....you should probably replace it with something decent/reputable.
