I think it can but im not that sure i normaly dont stream

i have this cpu and overclocked it a little bit to 3.56 ghz using the blck,

but no further ado, its a great cpu

My Main Build: NZXT S340 - NZXT Kraken X31 - Crucial MX100 256GB - i5 4460 - Gigabyte Z97P D3 - Kingston HyperX Red 8GB - MSI Nvidia GTX 780 3GB - Corsair LL & HD RGB Fans, Corsair Lighting Node Pro.

Can an Intel core i5-4690 stream games on twitch like dota 2 at 1600 x 900 (16:9) at 30 fps? Not going for i7 4790 as it cost around 150$ more in the place I'm staying at. Thanks for helping! God blesses you!

Yes, maybe ull have a little lower framerate though...
