I would say get 

AMD A10 6800K

Gigabyte F2A85XM-HD3 Motherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws-X F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL - Memory - 8 GB : 2 x 4 GB - DIMM 240-pin - DDR3 - 2133 MHz / PC3-17000 - CL11 - 1.5 V

Cheap but good 1TB hard drive

Fractal Design Arc Mini case

OCZ 550W 80+ bronze PSU

 

Should come out to around 525.

 

If you shop around you might be able to get parts cheaper.
