Make Windows read this partition?

So I have to get some stuff off of my SSD, which has the EXT4 file system on it. Problem is, Windows won't recognize that filesystem type. Is there a way I can make Windows read it, or will I have to throw Ubuntu in a VM and then do crap that way? OS is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 if it matters.

You can use  EXT2FSD (http://www.ext2fsd.com/) but I count vouch on how well it works. I've never used it myself.

just get a bootable version of linux with Gparted and move stuff from one partition to your windows partition.

Can't really do that, as I don't feel like waiting 2 or 3 hours for a Linux ISO to download.

 

You can use  EXT2FSD (http://www.ext2fsd.com/) but I count vouch on how well it works. I've never used it myself.
