As far as I know though there isn't any white AMD motherboards You can get the Krait motherboard instead and since it is kinda cheap ($139.99 on Newegg) you can use the saved money to get a 4690K or something similar.

There isn't really any decent looking white GPU's but the EVGA ACX 2.0 GTX 970 is all black, looks great, performs great and EVGA has amazing warranty

PS: There are a few stickers on the ACX 970 which have a bit of blue on them but they are small and you can just peel them off if you want.

well there is the Sabranco (hopefully) coming.

You're spending a heck of a lot of money to be coming away with inferior components.  Look into an i5-4690k + MSI Z97 Krait Edition.  Also the Gigabyte 970 has a nice aesthetic to it that will fit in nicely with a black/white build.

 

Also consider the Phanteks Enthoo Pro or Luxe in White.
