I am going to buy exactly the same cooler for my system so it will be easy to replace but i am pretty stressed about the thermal. Can i put to much and than it will leak and damage the cpu? Can i put to little and the cooling will be bad? With what do i need to clean the cpu and cooler?

CPU: AMD FX 8350 | GPU: AMD R9 270 Windforce | MOBO: ASRock 990FX Extreme 3 | RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB | Case: X Predator X1 |CPU COOLER: Hyper T4

To answer your first question: it depends on which thermal paste you use... some are conductive and applying too much can be dangerous, others might be safer, but either way you never want to apply too much, it doesn't help with cooling either. If you accidentally apply too much you should simply remove it.

If you would have to choose between me(who has no knowledge at all about pc building) and a prof guy who asks 7 dollars to replace your cooler what would you choose?

I would encourage you to learn how to replace a CPU cooler. It's not difficult.  If you are unsure... there are plenty of guides out there, you can also watch videos, and give it try. If you end up doing it wrong, learn for what you are doing and try again.  If you use common sense and be careful you won't damage anything.  You will be more satisfied when you've achieved your goal and learnt from it.

I learned by watching Linus and other tech youtubers. You never want to apply too much, but when you apply that paste, use only about the size of a grain of uncooked rice. Thermal paste that isn't electrically conductive is out there and I use it to replace the thermal paste on my computers now and then. Learning to do it on your own helps you in the long run because thermal paste can be cheaper than a guy making you pay him to do it for you, and it usually is.
