Either a problem with the memory chanel of the CPU or the RAM itself. Or the mobo might be faulty

I'm not 100% sure, but i am 98% sure, that 3790 doesn't exist... If you mean 4790, then it's maybe a faulty mobo, if it won't recognize both of them together (from your talk, i understand that mobo only recognizes them on their own?). If it's 3XXX then a wrong socket...

Um make sure you either put the sticks into both the black ram slot or the grey ones, most mobo's won't work otherwise
