8 gig Nexus 7(2012) Worth it for $63.90?

So I missed the deal on a 32 gig nexus 7(2012) which was $87.98, but now a 8 Gig one has come in stock, should I even bother with it, or wait it out and see if something better comes along? Or should I get a Nexus 4 for 134.37? I just want to get a somewhat cheap Nexus device for something I have in mind, and it will be used for stuff too, so I was wondering what would be the better option.

Yes it does, I have used my mouse, keyboard and that drive off of it without any mods.
