Cold FIngers when gaming

LarsReviews

Heightened senses/Excitement + Increased breathing  = Adrenaline rush

Adrenaline rush = Increased blood flow

Bad blood circulation (due to sittting) + Increased Blood flow = Cold fingers

Also, fingers have a large surface area per volume compared to other parts of the body. Therefore it loses heat quicker when gaming in lower ambient temperatures.

Trust me I'm an Engineering dropout.

Lack of blood flow. You're probably pretty skinny too, right? I get this too.

No, a bit overweight actually. :) I was thinking that the armrest is causing this. But then my hand should fall asleep.

Same thing happens to me when I play on the computer for an extended amount of time. You need to take a break every so often..

Happens all the time for me.  I'm a cheap ass when it comes to the electricity bill (outside of using my PC of course).  Best thing to do is bundle up with heavier clothes, or a blanket.

Are you ever cold in any other situation? Like random cold feet in warm settings? Maybe when sitting in general.
