windows 8.1 apps won't open

i built it myself but i restarted my pc and its working now. 

if the issue is fixed PLEASE mark the topic as solved.

None of my app will open, i click on them and i go back to desktop but the app is on the taskbar. When i click it on the taskbar it opens for a second then minimizes. Anything that could cause this?

Try opening Run and typing in wsreset.exe

 

This resets the Windows Store and clears the App Cache. That might address the issue.

Ages ago, I had one and this exact thing happened to me.

Updating to 8.1 fixed it.

 

EDIT: Seen that you've already stated you have Win 8.1.

 

I assume you've checked for Win Updates, and deleted all Temp Windows Files and Cache?
