It is, but a very big warning here. It's massive. if you aren't putting a lot of hardware in it it looks really big. If you are just going for ATX + 1 or 2 GPUs I'd go for a Corsair 450D or a H440.

its is ok build quality. a bit flimsy in areas that Obsidian cases shouldn't.

and the aluminum front panels do attract smudges and fingerprints.

airflow can be challenging if looking to custom watercooling. for a strictly air

cooled build it is way overkill. for a simple AIO build it is ok. it is massive so

if on top of a desk make sure you don't have to look over it for something,

because it is a monolith.

OK thanks. I was going to chose it because it was bigger and easier to build in, it is well built and it looks great!

Look at the enthoo pro / luxe, they are better

Is the Corsair Obsidian 750d a good case? I am thinking of building my first system in one.

Agreed. I think unless you are doing a bunch of water cooling you should get the 450D. It has much better air flow. From what I gather the 750d is more of a water cooling case. If you need to room for a res go for it. But honestly the 450d is pretty roomy for a mid tower.

I'm actually thinking I'm going to put my new rig in it. I don't need the extra space, so I think I'm going to get the mid tower this time. It even has room for SLI if I want to in the future. I would def check it out. Looks great too. Only downside is that the 5 1/4 drive bays look kinda odd when something is installed, but then again the 750D suffers the same issue.

Current PC build: [CPU: Intel i7 8700k] [GPU: GTX 1070 Asus ROG Strix] [Ram: Corsair LPX 32GB 3000MHz] [Mobo: Asus Prime Z370-A] [SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB primary + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB secondary] [PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750w 80plus] [Monitors: Dual Dell Ultrasharp U2718Qs, 4k IPS] [Case: Fractal Design R5]
