Anyone know any sandbox type racing games?

 

There was a need for speed game I think Underground? Was sorta sand-boxy, was wondering if anyone knew any others?

Test drive unlimited ; o never played it, just heard about it being sandbox.

Need for speed: Underground 2 = best racing/tuning game i every played.
