oh, well its 50$ and looks like it is worse than the 212 evo, so i suggest against it

It's small. And pricey. And not worth the price unless you're putting it in a Hadron, and even then read the next sentence. If you want a 92mm cooler buy an Enermax ETS-N30, it's cheaper..

'ACX' is EVGA's concept of "Active Cooling Extreme," And they believe that a rig with a CPU and GPU both using their "Patent Pending" ACX solution, you won't overheat any components. 

Yes, sarcasm. (It's not Patent Pending  :P)

 

It is a cooler design for both CPUs and GPUs. Their CPU cooler is very obscure, I've never seen a build with one, but hey, CPU + GPU + ACX = Better temperatures...???

Looks gaudy in my opinion.  It probably performs similarly to the more well established Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2
