Change the cpu cooler from that to the phanteks ph-tc14cs, your choice of colour. It will dominate the dark rock 3, and is fairly quiet as well.

You don't need 16gb of ram for what I assume is a gaming rig.

And you may have an issue with that motherboard shipping with an old bios not allowing you to use a devil's canyon cpu on it.

Nope, that's a pretty hefty misconception. Rosewill's Capstone line are up there with EVGA and others on their higher end units.

Well asrock has a cheap z97 board. But the other way is updating the bios using a 4670 or equivalent. I am also not sure if it ships with the proper bios for devil's canyon. This means it could, or it could not.

Can I call them and ask explicitly foR up to date BIOS on the board?
