cpu cooler required

Guys i have cooler master 311 elite case can you suggest me a good cpu cooler which can effectively keep my cpu cool. Since where i live in summer's temp are way too high so nees a good cooler for my cpu.

SUggest some budget 1500rs(inr) can add 500rs more if required but want to keep expense low.

Corsair h100i cpu cooler is always a good choice. it's simple to install and works great. If liquid cooling the cpu isn't your cup of tea then there is always good air cooling choices.

for those too lazy to convert. I'd look for a Hyper 212 Evo. Easily one of the best budget coolers around.

TX3 Evo should fit in your case, and is 1630rs. Seems to be your best bet. Not much else I can point out there.
