Hi i need to convert some videos from MP4 to avi can anyone recommend any good software i don't mind buy the software just want a good easy to use one and maybe one that uses GPU acceleration ?

Isn't AVI just a 'container' and MP4 a video format?

I'm not a video expert, but I believe that is how it works. I personally have never used any software to convert MP4 to AVI.
