H440 logo and fans not turning on!

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a H440 case and received it a few days ago and I started to assemble yesterday. After inserting the motherboard,PSU and cooler , I ran a test to see if the motherboard was powered and CPU fan was working  and everything seem to be fine.

 

Then I proceeded to connect the case's MOLEX male (4 pins ) input to my female PSU modular input (4 holes) and upon turning on the PSU, only the back LEDs of the case worked. The side "NZXT" logo has no light, and the *stock* fans are not working at all...any help would be appreciated and I could not find anyone else with this problem.

Have you powered the fan hub? On the back of motherboard tray.

have you connected the fan's 3 pin into the motherboard?

I know that the case has a built in fan controller, make sure it is connected to the motherboard with the 3 pin
