So I'm helping my buddy with a build and this is what hes going to do with the build:

1) Stream on twitch

2) game league of legends

3) game other games (csgo, maybe GTA5)

So heres our budget.. $700 canadian dollars

Shopping will be done at NCIX so for 700 we need

OS

CPU

MOBO

GPU

RAM (8gb or do we need more for streaming)

SSD (128gb for os and few games)

PSU

Case

CPU heatsink if needed

Basically everything that will go into the tower..

What are your guys thoughts on this? any recommendations?

Here is a decent build...Although it is a bit over the budget, i feel this extra investment will pay off as a 700 dollar computer would be much worse than this one.

You won't be able to run a good 1080p 60fps streaming box with only 700$. You could stream LoL easy at that, but anything higher in graphics (90% of games) will struggle on that short of a budget while streaming.

I'd say the above build is fine, personally I find more cores on something like the 8350 gives more capacity to multitask, esp. when it comes to streaming, but that i5 is still a beast and can perform well enough.
