Texture problems

So I'm having texture problems with my Battlefield 3 and Crysis 3  both from EA, no other game developer game I don't get this problem.

I've tried repairing the BF3 and also running in compatibility mode windows 7.

 

I'm running Windows 8 64bit. is it because these games aren't officially support on windows 8?

 

GPU, CPU and OS.

 

GTX 670

Intel i5 3570k

Windows 8 64bit

I've also tried changing the settings in Battlefield 3, still no look.

Hopefully he has a fix, my temps don't go above 65c when playing, case is very good ventilated and card has good cooling.

I have tried that, manually removing all files along with a clean installation of the Nvidia newest driver. Didn't fix it.
