Just a real quick question
Would this thing work? http://www.amazon.de/Wentronic-93635-Express-Adapterkabel-schwarz/dp/B002RXQDJK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415733632&sr=8-1&keywords=8pin+PCIe

My PSU broke and I lent one from a friend but it doesn't have 8pin PCIe cables and I need two of those for my GTX 580. How could an adapter like this work at all if it does?

Used to use one myself
