Worst Pain Ever

So I just got my ingrown toenail removed (TMI I know) and the needle that was used to numb my toe was the worst pain I may have ever felt. The doctor left the needle in for a good half a minute after injecting the medicine and he did it at least 5 times in 5 different areas. The removal didn't hurt at all, I could have my toe run over right now and probably wouldn't feel a thing. The funny thing is, I'm diabetic so I'm used to shots. But this was just awful. What's the worst pain you guys have ever felt?
