best cpu for home-server build

Any recommendations for the CPU for a home server (about 500GB disk-space) - it will not store a lot of data but it should be as fast as possible and if possible passivly cooled with a case like this: Streacom FC8B Evo

The server will run 24/7 with two SSDs.

Server will be for storage and filesharing.

This awesome little motherboard with embedded CPU: ASRock C2550D4I

 

Though that's a bit expensive, of course, but it will be reliable, quiet, and powerful.
