I need a little help with my planned build

This is what I'm currently planning to build(upgrade old PC): http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/ty4yLk

 

I was wondering if this setup will manage games and if it will be better than what I'm currently using: http://www.meetgadget.com/gadget/13087/Packard+Bell+iMedia+D2520

 

Also I wanted to know if this PC will be able to handle games like LoL(currently playing on lowest settings and windowed mode with 20fps), Witcher 2 and CS:GO.

 

Aaaaand as a side note: is there a possibility of upgrading my old PC for under a 100 euro? Less than 100 euro would be super perfect.

 

And also I live in Ireland if that's important.

get a amd in this case it will be better get like the 4130

your better off with the first one instead of the prebuilt and I cant really comment on what you will be getting in terms of games also since this on the extreme side of budget go AMD
