static sound upon shit down

For a while now I hear static through my speakers when shutting down Lucille. Speakers are in my Asus saber tooth 990x r2 mother board. I read a while back it's a driver update but cannot find where It is in my computer . Every other driver is up to date says windows 7. What do I do?

i dont think its harmful cause I been hearing it every day since liek November 2013 but just kinda getting worried a year later now...
