Get the Gigabite ITX 970 version when it comes out

PSU can be switched to SuperNova NEX 750W semi modular if you're willing to risk it not fitting(I think it will). Or you can switch cases and get the 750W PSU.

That's going to perform the same or worse for games and also be a larger footprint than what I suggested. Mini ITX gaming is completely fine in the BitFenix Prodigy, and with the water cooled CPU, you'd likely be able to do a fair amount of overclocking.

If you're switching to MicroATX in a larger case, especially one that's designed for air cooling, you should drop the H100 for a Noctua air cooler and get a 120GB SSD for the boot drive. That'll be a bit more expensive, so you could always opt for a Hyper 212 EVO or something for cooling.

I think most of us suggested water cooling specifically because you were going Mini ITX. With larger cases, cooling won't be an issue, so there's no reason to spend a lot extra.
