What is your maximum budget? I would not recommend that you used an Asrock board, they generally use cheaper components on their boards to maximise profits and that's shown in the flimsy build quality. ASUS and Gigabyte are top tier, with some MSI boards also being quite relevant.

or a cheaper Gigabyte alternative:
