Microsoft .NET Framework Failure Crashing Games

Go to solution Solved by Topido,

I did a WIndows 7 repair install. The issue seems to be gone.

I have been having a problem with Microsoft .NET Framework lately. Games that I try to play that use it are crashing very close to the time that I launch them. I have tried re-installing .NET Framework. Both versions 4.0 and 4.5. Here are the crash logs from Event Viewer for both Terraria and FEZ:

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this issue. It has been causing me a lot of trouble. If you need any more information, just ask.

Thanks.  :)

scan your computer for virus/malware.  If that doesn't help then I hope you have a backup on hand....one that was made before all of this .net framework trouble began.

There are a number of posts which are similar to yours..Microsoft have posted this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2640103

Yeah. I tried that hotfix yesterday and it didn't seem to fix the issue. I'm pretty sure I am going to have to reinstall Windows 7.
