Don't you think an i5 would be a smarter choice than a Xeon.

It's only 50$ more which fits perfectly in that build considering those games do not need a better GPU than a 750 Ti. A xeon is just a i7 with no IGP and ECC support. They're not any worse or better than regular i7's for gaming.
