Hey guys I was wondering how to unlock my R9 280's voltage. I have the Gigabyte Windforce card. Can I flash a BIOS, or is there another way? I tried it in MSI Afterburner but it didn't work. Thanks guys.

You can backup your current BIOS from GPU-Z, and then from there just flash a custom BIOS onto your GPU.

Where can I get a custom BIOS?

Any Modded Bios you probably find posted will be outdated (I'm looking at a couple right now but they go back to January). Make your own using this tool: http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/vbe7-vbios-editor-for-radeon-hd-7000-series-cards.189089/
