Better for your money.

why would you go with a non PRO series 840 ssd? the pro series has so much more performance and it's barely more expensive

Because it's cheaper, and you won't notice a difference in performance with the naked eye.

The pro has a 5 year warranty, and has 560mb/s reads and nearly 540 mb/s writes,

i think the non pro has something like a 3 year warranty and like 530mb/s read 390mb/s write

that's a pretty good difference for like 80$ extra :s

Im loaded

your build is still bad

i think the non pro has something like a 3 year warranty and like 480mb/s read 150mb/s write

that's a giant difference for like 80$ extra :s

you know that's the write speed of a hard drive right? because you're not making any sense.

warranty wise : 2 years extra of warranty isn't worth 80$, i'd rather keep those 80$ and get another ssd.

Okay.

Can you pick out the difference between the Pro and the non-Pro with the naked eye?

What is the "cheaper" parts and I have a budget

For starters, since you're loaded, you can pick the 3960X over the 3820.

Since you're even more loaded, pick up a some 690s and Quad-SLI them.

And what I built you will last you for 3 years.  Even an i5-2500k build will last you for 3 years.

If you're "loaded" go with a bigger SSD, you'll run out of space in two seconds with a 128GB SSD. Also, I would change the x79 platform to a z87 and a K series SKU if you're going to be 90% gaming and overclocking.

DON'T READ THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE

Thank you for the first actual bit of advice
