Hello people,

I recently got a new pc(assembled it myself with supervison). My specs are:

-CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K 4.0GHz box

-MB: MSI Z87M GAMING

-Memory: HyperX Fury Black 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL10 Dual Channel Kit

-PSU: Zalman ZM650-XG 650W

-Video Card: GTX980

-SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SATA-III 2.5 inch

Yesterday i started a game of "Call of Duty:Advanced Warfare" and I went alt tab(while a map was loading) and started a stream on 2nd monitor and then I got a BSoD.I had the same problem when I was playing a game of "Starcraft 2" and I went alt tab when it was loading and used the 2nd monitor again and then the BSoD happened.

I tested my memory with Memtest86+ and there was no error or problem.

What do u guys think can the problem be? Video Card? MB?

Thank you,

David

The BSOD will give you a error code telling you what failed or caused it to BSOD. Most proberly RAM issue, Like ran out of RAM or RAM failed etc.

Is your system working fine now?

I reinstalled windows 7 again so my event viewer is empty. The RAM's are ok, i checked them with MemTest and there was no problem. I think i has something to do with my second monitor because every time the BSoD happened was when i went ALT TAB from my games and used the 2nd monitor. Any ideas what i should do now?

Make sure you have up to date drivers. Next time you get a BSOD, please post the minidumps.
