which to choose ?

hey ! 
confused between these ! getting these both for same prices ! please dont suggest any other card as these 2 cards mentioned below are avail for second hand and in my budget! 

card 1 : 1st card

card 2 : 2nd card

these mentioned above links are the exact same models available ! 
power not a issue . got a CX 500 .. which card would give better gaming perfomances ? should atleast be able to play fifa 15 and gta 5 at reasonable graphics and fps !

You know that one's a 550ti and the other one is a gtx 650? Go with the 650.

thanks alot buddy ! but on what basis are u telling 650 is better if i may ask ? i checked gpu boss and that says the 550 ti is better ! i dont understand it and i want to understand how u have compared so that it can be useful to me for future purpose ! thanks for ur effort mate ! really appreciate it

You cant trust GPU boss, the 550ti is like 3 generations old now, so newer is better, usually.
