It has TouchWiz which is currently 4.4.4, will be a few months before Lollipop hits that device. Nexus devices are always the first devices to get updates first, other OEMs follow suit within time.

yeah it will be updated to Lollipop... Just a lot later and with samsung's preference of enhancements to the software.

I have a Note 3, and if it is the same you get updates late.

Ty all. Was kinda hoping to get the Note 4 and immediately update it. Oh well. Still getting it though. :P
