its ugly, and who's gonna put 4gb into an x99 system, aaaaaaaaaaand if you add that up its $120 for 8gb and $240 for 16gb. prices didnt drop bro. ddr3 is about $10/gb this is $15-20 at least.

your in the states. in the great white north we pay aboutr $90-110 for a 8gb kit of ram. and a 16gb kit here is about $189.

Sorry, but DDR3 is still much cheaper. Also, don't put 4GiB into an X99 system.

It's Gigabytes (GB), not Gibibytes (GiB).

 

4GiB is around 4.3GB, which I still agree shouldn't be put in an X99 system.
