ermm you should be getting more after watching the vid on linus' channel even their 260x was pulling 60fps on high settings if im right, so there is something wrong here.

I wouldn't be surprised if that game was optimized to only utilize 2 cpu cores and hence have bad performance on the FX...

it could possible cpu, can you get the usage per core ?? it might be poorly threaded (then you know it sucks )
