Hey guys,

 

Just wondering if anyone here is using Office 365? I have been for about 8-12 months now and every month I'm receiving a paper invoice from Microsoft Singapore to show that I've paid. Keep in mind I live in Australia and are on a month by month payment plan.

 

Is anyone else getting paper invoices too?

I'v been using Office 365 for about a year now for my business, I haven't got any paper receipts just emailed receipts.

Nope, i only get invoices when it renews my subscribtion once a year. I use Office 365 Home.

And that happens via e-mail, not a physical letter.

Are you on 365 Personal, Home or Small Business? SM is done through a different licensing module.

Isn't there a setting in your microsoft account that let you choose.

Oh, you're talking about personal aren't you?

I'm on small business, which goes through Telstra.

Hmm weird. Maybe you should contact their support.

Yep; using the $90/year subscription for 5 users at the moment. Went directly through M$, so I only get an email once a year - no letters.

We have only done Small Business and Enterprise migrations/implementations and our clients only get a notice on their credit card statement, no paper invoices.
