My friend has a Pentium G3258 in his recent build and wants to upgrade to from the Intel stock cooler for better overclocking

Just get an evo 212

His budget is 50 dollars, surely you can get something better than that for 50 dollars.

An air cooler is best in that budget unless you find an h80i for sale like I did.
