If you don't have a specific colour in mind, and if we base this off of american prices, the msi z97 mpower is just under 200$. Gigabyte also has 2 amazing motherboards for under 200 that are almost all black(streak of colour that isn't noticeable unless you need to look at it), the ud3h-bk and the ud5h-bk.

Yes this is true motherboards don't do much to gaming but they are the thing that holds all your other parts to its performance.  Try one of the Asus Z97 -A , Asus Z97-Pro or ASUS Z97 PRO NFC- Wifi...    They are workstation motherboards that have just about everything a gaming motherboard has but with industry certified parts meant for businesses and reliability.   They usually go from $129 - $180

The asus maximus hero vi should also be a good pick for the K edition. only z87 though
