Build recommendations for office PC

I'd like to build a new machine for the admin assistant in our office, and I would love some advice.

1. Budget & Location

Budget - Less is more, but I don't have an exact dollar amount.  What I'm looking for here is a machine to complete all necessary tasks with no lag.  A $100 savings will be gone in a hurry if the user is waiting on this machine.

Location - US

2. Aim

This computer will be used to run office programs, Quickbooks, web browser, web based billing system, scanning and manipulating PDF documents.  Lots of multi-tasking.  Again, I don't want the minimum hardware for the job.  I want a machine that will do all of these tasks simultaneously with lots of windows open and never bat an eye at it.  The machine needs to keep up with the user - time really is money in this case.

I do not need much storage locally.

3.  Monitors

2 monitors at 1920x1080.

4.  Peripherals

I need 7 pro with the build.

5. Why the upgrade?

I need an additional machine in the office one way or the other.

Here's my proposed build:

Does this look like a reliable build that can easily handle the described aim and usage?

Is it possible to run two monitors off this MB?

Any other recommendations?

Thanks,

Matt

Change those for these, and change your 8GB of RAM to 4GB. Personally, I don't see a reason to have more than 4GB of memory on an office PC (on most cases 2GB would suffice).

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($84.00 @ Amazon)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-D3H ATX FM2+ Motherboard  ($67.49 @ Newegg)

EDIT: Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1GB Video Card  ($64.99 @ Newegg)

Thanks, Lightz.  I have several Dell i620 with the i3-2120 3.3ghz and 4GB RAM.  They do not keep up with multi-tasking nearly to the point I want this PC to.  Maybe that has more to do with the HDD's than anything else.  Which is why I went SSD on this build.  Given this information, would you keep your recommendations?

This system you suggest he change them out for, he has no discrete graphics card. Therefore the athlon would be obselete as he wouldn't be able to see anything from the system onto the monitor

fx 6300 - sapphire dual x r9 270x - Zalman z9 - Evga 500B - Cooler master hyper TX3 - Win. 8.1 - Asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0 - Crucial ballstix sport 8gb (2x4) - WD blue 1TB - some random optical drive for 11$

Yes, although as the quote under said, you need a graphic card.

*Facepalm* Silly me, you are right, forgot about it.

Keep in mind that workflow speed and reliability are higher priority than price for this application.

I wouldn't change anything you have right now, however if you plan on upgrading ANYTHING AT ALL, I would recommend changing that power supply asap, as 300w can seem like overkill your cpu can suck up a lot of power, and have that thing fail can mean you lose around 600$ down the drain. However this is if you are planning on running anything more than what you have.
