Korean 4K Monitors?

Hi guys,

 

I read an article about a month saying that Korean monitor manufacturers are entering the 4K market. Supposedly, 28" 4K monitors are supposed to be out by the end of October for $450-500 according to the article. Is the article reliable? If so, where can I find these Korean 4K monitors?\
