I'm not great at budget builds, but here is a quick one for you to consider. Hopefully someone with more experience can come by and help you out. I doubt you'll be able to game and stream on such a cheap build with any quality though...

Also consider using logical increments

Edit: And here's the $600 build from The Perfect PC Build Guide thread @Horrorfull mentioned

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jTNcNG should i get an i5 instead?

huh, why expesive non hyperthreaded xeon?

i5... well you can, but i doubt its any good with streaming. Wait, i will find benchmarks and poste here, give me cuple minutes.

i dont know this power supply. id stay away from it.

just use seasonic one. its enough power, 750ti is very low power, xeon is also very efficient.

i think you will have to stick to 750ti until you can buy better gpu. id say wait for 20nm cards at least.

if you put 2x4 gb you allready fill up both slots, no space for upgrade.

Ok, i think this would be better, because it has great streaming, yet it has good gpu you want.

Its lower clocked, so you will have to in future buy a cpu cooler and overclock.

I choose this case for big airflow. You will need it. Later you can get good fans, 200mm on the top would be great for cool temps.

Bigger psu, xfx made by seasonic.

how is xeon doing compare to 8320 in gaming?

xeon destroys 8320

much better single thread performance that really help in games, the hyper threaded cores help alot too

for example, if we compare overclock pentium to i3, i3 wins in gaming
