So I need a case for all this consider I might change the mobo to a ATX so i'm considering a mid tower case. What i'm considering is the NZXT S210 elite with window. Also maybe a NZXT S340, since it looks similar to a H440, but because everything is overpriced in New Zealand I think i'll have to spend a bit less on the case since i've gone overboard already. One I need to ask someone is, can anyone find a NZXT S340 inside New Zealand?

This is my choice of a MicroATX case, I would also buy the Fractal Mini R2. In my opinion you should change the SSD because of the read degradation the Evos have. I would change the monitor but I don' know the budget you have planed for this build.

I changed the PSU and mobo to something that can handle SLI. Case is SPEC-3 from Corsair and 3 extra fans to keep everything cool and quiet. Changed the RAM to something cheaper. Changed the SSD and CPU cooler to more economical choices. Monitor is a couple of $ more but it's 1 inch larger (  ;)) and has a DVI connector.

you don't need the many case fans unless your case doesn't include them which most cases do, also deepcool don't make high quality products

Yeah there is some kind of problem with the Samsung Evos, but not with the Pros, I think. It's a problem where data that is stored for a long time on the SSD is red really really slow, like HDD slow.

This video gives a good explanation on what is this "degradation" I am speaking of.

Samsung released new firmware to resolve this problem?

Do you think the 840 is the best option?

We're getting so technical about things at this point that it's hard to say. I would do some research of similarly priced drives from Crucial, Adata, etc, and see the pros and cons of each and choose a drive for it's overall feature set, performance, problems, lack of problems, etc. Crucial MX100 and m550 are very good and about the same price as 840EVO and do not appear to have this problem.

Intel Inside. Overweight guy in his 30's outside.
